What owners notice first

Happier dogs. Calmer evenings. A routine that feels easier to trust and easier to keep.

A note from Aless Hi, Aless from Goodwalk

Not just dog walking. Goodwalk is built around trust.

What owners notice first
  • The same friendly face at the door
  • Little groups, never a crowded van
  • Updates that help you relax while you are out

Goodwalk started with my own little dog and the kind of relationship I have always had with animals. Growing up in Italy with a German Shepherd, I saw early on how much joy, comfort, personality, and companionship dogs bring into a home. They are not just pets. They become part of your family and your daily life.

When I moved to Auckland, I noticed a lot of dog walking felt rushed, overcrowded, or impersonal, especially for smaller dogs. So I built Goodwalk around the kind of care I would want for my own dog: familiar faces, safe and social little groups, lots of fun, and genuine relationships with every dog we walk.

The Tiny Gang is built around routine, trust, and dogs having the absolute best part of their day together. Older dogs help younger ones settle in, nervous dogs build confidence, and playful dogs get to burn energy with their friends.

You know exactly who is caring for your dog. Your dog knows who is at the door. And you come home to a happy, fulfilled dog that has had a proper adventure. Ready to join the Tiny Gang?

FAQs

Can any dog use your service?

Every dog goes through a screening process with a minimum of two assessment walks. We confirm the fit before anything regular starts.

How does payment work?

Weekly, in advance, by invoice.

Do you provide a casual service?

Yes, at a higher rate. Regular weekly walks are the best value — and suit most dogs better.

What requirements does my dog need?

A current Auckland Council dog registration and up-to-date vaccinations. That keeps every dog in our care safe.

Do you have insurance or First Aid training?

Yes. Public liability insurance and current First Aid certificates — every walker, every walk.

Do I need to leave keys with you?

Usually yes, if no one is home for pickup or drop-off. We sort the best access option together at the Meet & Greet.

What happens if the weather is bad?

We walk in most conditions. If it is genuinely unsafe — heat, storms, flooding — we contact you to reschedule.
