Love Aless! She is so amazing with my slightly hyper and anxious dog. She is great with communication if anything on either of our ends need to change. Archie love his walks, and I love the photos she posts of him.

GoodWalk was the best dog walking service for my little pooch ! Aless was very helpful - basically doubled as a second mum to Monty. She always provided feedback on his outings and assisted where possible with any additional training that she felt he could work on and made recommendations where necessary which i feel is what every dog mum wants and needs!
Truly the best dog walker in Auckland! I feel so lucky to have found Aless and my little terrier Otis absolutely adores her. He enjoys his regular weekly walks and always comes back happy & tired. Love the updates on social media so I can see how my dog is enjoying his day! Aless makes logistics so easy too. Highly highly recommend, there’s a reason she has 5 stars!

Alessandra has been walking and spending time with my pup since she was 10 weeks old, coming over and doing puppy visits through to transitioning her to pack walks with her little doggo friends. I know Alassandra loves and cares for my dog as much as I do and my dog has a great time! Cant recommend enough
How it works
A Meet & Greet and two assessment walks help us find the right service, group and pace for your dog.
Tell us about your dog and their routine.
We meet your dog at home and learn about their temperament, confidence, energy and handling needs before recommending a service.
Meet at home firstWe introduce the routine gradually.
Two assessment walks give us time to introduce the environment properly, support recall, and see what level of handling suits your dog best.

FAQs
Can any dog use your service?
No. Every dog goes through a screening process with a minimum of two assessment walks. We confirm the fit before anything regular starts, and we will say if a different setup would suit your dog better.
How does payment work?
Weekly, in advance, by invoice.
Do you provide a casual service?
Yes, at a higher rate. Regular weekly walks are the best value — and suit most dogs better.
What requirements does my dog need?
A current Auckland Council dog registration, up-to-date vaccinations, and enough comfort around people, handling, and new environments to settle safely into the routine.
Are all dogs off leash on pack walks?
No. We choose on-leash or off-leash handling based on each dog's recall, social behaviour, confidence, and surroundings.
Does my dog need perfect recall before starting?
No. Dogs do not need to arrive ready for off-leash walks. We work with each dog at the right pace and use the handling approach that keeps them comfortable and safe.
Do you have insurance or First Aid training?
Yes. Public liability insurance and current First Aid certificates — every walker, every walk.
Do I need to leave keys with you?
Usually yes, if no one is home for pickup or drop-off. We sort the best access option together at the Meet & Greet.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We walk in most conditions. If it is genuinely unsafe — heat, storms, flooding — we contact you to reschedule.
